I am chartered and registered with numerous professional bodies, including the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I also am a qualified Mindfulness Facilitator and a Pranayama and Breathwork teacher.
My clients are central to my work, and my practice was born from the desire to help people to feel fulfilled, empowered and happy in their lives, wherever they are and whatever they are doing.

Harnessing the potential of Gestalt Therapy – an experiential form of psychotherapy – I will create a bespoke programme of psychotherapy and counseling to help you achieve your goals. For this, I also draw from my experience in Mindfulness, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy, to provide a rounded and holistic approach which is unique to you.
